The firm Hemani Importing Agency was established in 1945 by Mr. Ramniklal Hemani. Its main activities were importing & distribution of Ball & Roller Bearings and indenting agents for various types of Steels. The firm specialized in the business of Super & Ultra Precision Ball Bearings for Machine Tool Spindles and was prime supplier of this item all over India till 1990.

In 1984, the company started business of Linear Motion Guides and Ball Screws. This company associated with THK Co., Ltd. Japan that is the inventors and pioneers of present generation Linear Motion Guide (Popularly known as LM Guides). Today, THK is number one producer for Linear Motion Guides having globally located manufacturing plants and offices. The companies Apex Precision Agencies & Apex Precision Mechatronix Pvt. Ltd. was involved in the promotion of these products in India. These products find application in almost all types of industries, mainly in Machine Tools, Semiconductor manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, Process Industries and Industrial machinery, and Industrial Automation.

As for now, Apex Precision Group is the promoter of following group of company & firm.

In addition, we also undertake machining of standard Balls Screws. The above mentioned products are interfaced with AC & DC, Stepper & Servo Motors, and Drives & Controllers. We also offer repairing services for LM Guides, Ball Screws and building Aluminum modules for Automation devices.
